Chuck Logsdon, PhD, Principal Economist - with nearly 30 years experience in analyzing Alaskan economics, and a focus on oil and gas economics, Dr. Logsdon brings a very broad understanding of the complex issues that affect government policy and business decisionmaking. Dr. Logsdon has used economic modeling and forecasting techniques to forecast Alaska oil prices. He is an expert in the Alaska fiscal system and has experience in evaluating investments in exploration, acquisition and development of oil and gas projects.

Kathryn Eberhart, M.A., Consulting Economist - with over 25 years of professional experience as an economist, research analyst, and data consultant, Ms. Eberhart is very familiar with Alaska data sources and is well-versed in use of common economic tools such as IRR, NPV and benefit-cost analysis. She has worked on numerous socioeconomic impact, feasibility and market analyses including hydroelectric, harbor, agriculture, recreation (a downhill ski area), and impacts of offshore oil development on coastal communities.
